Nicki Minaj Glams Up the Grammy Nominations Concert
She?s certainly a sight to see, and Nicki Minaj was front and center at the 2012 Grammy Nominations Concert in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday night (November 30).
The ?Super Bass? babe was dressed to impress as she took the stage to help present this year?s esteemed nominees - of which she found herself in the running for Best New Artist honors.
Also included in the CBS TV special, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, The Band Perry and Usher all took the stage for spectacular performances while LL Cool J led the night's festivities as host.
As one of the most highly-anticipated award shows of the year, the Grammy?s recognize outstanding achievements in the music industry. The show will air live from Staples Center on February 12, 2012.

Lady Gaga Pulling Double Duty At Grammy Noms Show

Much like the pair of exclamation marks inexplicably attached to its title, Lady Gaga will pull double duty on Wednesday night's (November 30) Grammy Nominations Live!! telecast, serving as both the opening and closing act.
That's according to the Mother Monster herself, who took to her Twitter account to break the news following rehearsals, and, in the process, also revealed that one of her two performances was going to be a collaborative effort.
"I am so excited to open and close the Grammy Nomination concert tomorrow night!" Gaga wrote. "What a blast rehearsing with Jennifer [Nettles] and Kristian [Bush]. Sugarland!"
Gaga and Sugarland will share the stage with a host of other big-name acts, including Rihanna, Usher, Lupe Fiasco, Ludacris and country crooner Jason Aldean. The event will once again be hosted by LL Cool J, who this year will also take part in a special tribute to the classic hip-hop track "The Message," joining Rick Ross, Common and members of the Furious Five.
Of course, aside from all of the performances, the telecast also serves as the official kickoff to Grammy season, with nominees in several categories to be announced on air Wednesday night at 10 p.m. ET on CBS. Gaga is expected to be in contention for a slew of awards, including Album of the Year for Born This Way, and Record and Song of the Year for "Yoü and I." She'll face stiff competition from this year's Grammy fave, Adele, not to mention fellow females Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj.
Catch the special performance — along with Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Usher, Ludacris, Sugarland and more — at 10 p.m. ET/PT tonight on CBS.

Lady Gaga To Be Honored As LGBT 'Hero'
Trevor Project will present singer with their Hero Award at December event.

Lady Gaga has never been shy about her feelings for the LGBT community — she's perhaps the biggest and most A-list advocate for LGBT youth. Now her work with the community is earning her some recognition.
At this year's annual Trevor Live event, the singer will be honored by the Trevor Project, a nonprofit organization that offers suicide-prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth. Gaga will receive the Trevor Hero Award, Press Party reports. The organization will also recognize Google Inc. with the Trevor 2020 Award.
"Our young people are at the center of a health crisis, and vocal leaders like Lady Gaga and technology leaders like Google Inc. have stepped up to help change our culture," David McFarland, interim executive director and CEO of the Trevor Project, said in a statement.
"Our honorees are working with the Trevor Project to make a better today and a brighter tomorrow for youth. We are proud to honor Lady Gaga with the Trevor Hero Award and Google Inc. with the Trevor 2020 award for their work to help young people express their true selves with pride."
Gaga and her mother recently started the Born This Way Foundation, which will focus on "youth empowerment and equality by addressing issues like self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring and career development and will utilize digital mobilization as one of the means to create positive change."
The Trevor party is set to go down on December 4 at the Hollywood Palladium. Gaga won't be the only A-lister on hand at the big show.
Fergie, Mary J. Blige, Miley Cyrus, Gleeks Chris Colfer and Darren Criss, Julianne Hough and "True Blood" star Joe Manganiello are just a few of the stars slated to appear. Criss made headlines last year when he was joined onstage by Katy Perry at the event. The two performed her track "Teenage Dream," which he had famously covered on "Glee."
