David Spade celebrated his 47th birthday a night early by going to dinner at Craft with David Arquette's rebound chick Jasmine Waltz in L.A. on Thursday.

Jasmine -- who has also been linked to Ryan Seacrest, Chris Pine, Jesse McCartney and Sean Stewart -- just had a sex tape with an unnamed former boyfriend released on the Internet.
