It barely looks like work, but Erin Heatherton was back in action on the beaches of St Barts on Wednesday (August 10).
The blonde beauty worked it for the cameras while standing shin deep in the tropical waters for another Victoria?s Secret photo shoot session.
Yesterday, Heatherton put in a full day?s worth of work, though she was able to make time to puff on a cigarette during a break from her modeling efforts.
Meanwhile, Erin recently attributed her thin frame to her trainer Lynn Duffy, who hits the gym with the supermodel three times a week for a variety of different types of workouts.
