Top News: But CBS' 'NCIS' opens gap on 'Glee' in 8 p.m. hour -- Fox and CBS set the Tuesday pace once again this week, with the former's new comedy ''New Girl'' looking real good in its second outing and standing as the night's top program among young adults. The Eye had it, though, in the night's opening hour as ''NCIS'' held its largest advantage yet over Fox's ''Glee.''
