Yesterday, the star of the reality show Giuliana & Bill revealed her plans to move forward with a double mastectomy after just undergoing a double lumpectomy in October. After sharing the shocking news on NBC's Today, Giuliana has received an outpouring of love, including a touching note from fellow reality star Lisa Rinna. Today, Lisa revealed, "@GiulianaRancic sending you light and love! My Mom and Sister both had the same breast cancer and opted to have dbl mastectomy#survivors"
